Troubleshoot a Database Upgrade

If you're experiencing this error: Number of parameter count and value count is not the same, then follow the below steps to correct this issue.

Solution

1. To execute the database upgrade, make sure you log out and close the Webgility application as well as the Webgility Scheduler. If you have multiple users do this across all systems.

2. Browse the Webgility Installation folder where Webgility is installed. To find this folder, right-click on the Webgility shortcut icon on your desktop.

3. Once you find the folder, search for UnifyDBUpgrade.exe and double-click on it.

4. Once you double-click on it, it may take some time based on your database. Once it finishes, you will receive a success message.
