This article outlines the process of tracking your eBay refund transactions pertaining to the items which have been returned by the customer.

- Ensure that you download the latest data and settings.
To track your eBay refunds
1. Login to Unify Desktop and click the Inbox tab.
2. Under the Inbox tab:
a. From the Filter drop down box, click Refund to display the transactions for which the respective amounts need to be refunded or returned.
Note: Check the Refund symbol corresponding to each transaction in the table.
b. Click View corresponding to an order to display the details of the order in a dialog box.
3. In the <Order Number> dialog box:
a. Under the Details tab, view the details of the order such as the shipped item, quantity, price and more. Make changes to the data, if required and click Save to save the changes.
b. Click the Credit Memo tab to view the details of the order for which a credit memo has been raised for refund.
Note: The Credit Memo tab appears for Refund transactions only.
c. Click Post Refund to post this transaction into QuickBooks.
