Have you connected your storefront and inventory management, or shipping application as a sales channel in Webgility? Do you have duplicate orders coming in? You can configure the following settings and choose which store you want to download orders from.
Steps:
1. Navigate to Settings > Connections.
2. Find your respective sales channel and click Order Settings.
3. Check or uncheck channels you want to download or stop downloading orders from, then click Done.
