All sales downloaded from Square are displayed in the Sales area within Unify.
Note: if you have more than one Square sales channel all sales will be displayed in the sales area.
To sync a sale to the accounting system, select a sales and click confirm.
Syncing Square sales to QuickBooks Online and Xero
Each sale will be displayed in the account setup in Unify. You will be able to view each sales immediately after it has been synced to QuickBooks Online or Xero.
Syncing Square sales to QuickBooks Desktop
When a sales is synced to QuickBooks Desktop, the sale is sent to the queued area.
In the show area select Queued from the dropdown to display all sales currently in the syncing queue.
Depending on when you have set the check request in the Unify Desktop Extension (as shown below)
Note: it is best to set the check request to 1 min for the fastest syncing process.
Unify will automatically move the sale from the queued tab in to QuickBooks Desktop.
