Step 1 : Open Unify Enterprise Edition and go to "File >> Configure Store >> Shipping >> QB Shipping Manager". If you do not see the QB Shipping manager tab, you will need to select the QB shipping manager option (arrow 3)
Step 2 : In the QB shipping manager tab, Select the Retrieve Tracking ID from Multiple Transactions check-box and click on Save. Once done, click on Add New shipping carrier and add a carrier and matching texts from your QuickBooks Invoice / Sales Receipt.
Step 3: Upon clicking Add New shipping carrier, you can type in the tracking ID text from your shipping provider on your invoice / sales receipt. Click save when done and repeat the process for more tracking ID's and shipping providers.
Once done, click Save and next and then close on the next screen. Click here to learn how to retrieve the tracking ID's after making the above settings.
