This brief article outlines the process to add notes to multiple orders.
To add notes to multiple orders
1. Login to Unify Desktop.
2. On the Dashboard, click Inbox to display the list of orders.
3. Right-click an order that you want to add notes and then click Add Order Notes.
4 In the Add Order Notes dialog box, add a note and then click Save & Close.
Your notes get added to your order, closing the screen.
