Orders and customers will automatically sync with Salesforce, supercharging your CRM with up-to-date purchase history from all your channels and giving you a clear understanding of the connection between orders and customers. With all of your data in Salesforce, you’ll have a better understanding of your customers so you can target them with tailored marketing campaigns to improve customer loyalty and increase sales.
This feature is available for Ultimate plan and above. If you are on the Ultimate plan, log in to your account and download the latest version of Unify Enterprise. If you are on the Standard or Premium plans, please contact your Account Manager about upgrading to Ultimate.
