Unify release: Multi-channel Inventory, Shipping Connector, and Desktop Extension

November 1, 2015

We’re continuing to add lots of great features to Unify to help you grow your multi-channel e-commerce business. Today’s release helps you keep your inventory up to date, reconcile your shipping costs, and connect to desktop versions of QuickBooks.

Multi-channel inventory

As your business grows, you can easily become a victim of your own success. If you can’t keep up with the increased volume of orders, you’ll end up with unhappy customers and a damaged reputation.

Unify is here to help with multi-channel inventory management. It syncs your inventory across all your stores and marketplaces every 30 minutes, so you can sell the same item in multiple places without worrying about overselling. Every night your inventory then syncs to your accounting software so all your records are tidy and accurate.

Shipping integration

Unify now connects to ShipStation (more shipping tools coming soon) to help you understand and reconcile your shipping costs. When you review an order in Unify, you can see the total cost of an order including shipping cost. Shipping charges also post as a bill to QuickBooks Online (Xero coming soon), making it easy to reconcile your ShipStation bill at the end of the month.

Desktop Extension

Unify now connects to all US versions of QuickBooks desktop: Pro, Premier, and Enterprise (US versions only). Automatically sync your orders and products to QuickBooks.
