The Trash View is the storage for orders which are pending full delete from the Webgility Software. It functions similarly to the Recycle Bin when using a Windows computer.
Sending an Order to the trash is as simple as clicking the Trash can icon that appears on the right when you hover over the order in the Order or Archive Views as seen below.
Once in the trash the trash you have two options to either restore the order to where it was prior via "Undo Empty" or purging it from the Webgility Desktop software entirely via "Empty Trash."
Note: It is generally considered best practice to never delete/trash orders. Removing an order from the Webgility Desktop software may cause the order to be download again if the order download settings are changed and the date range set back.
