There are times when you may experience an error while you are processing your orders. These orders that error out while being processed, come into the error tab. They stay there until the error is resolved and the last function is repeated. e.g. An order errors out when posting to your accounting software. It will stay in errors, until you remove the error and post to your accounting software again.
Incase its an error that you are being unable to resolve, feel free to call / email our support team for help. If you have closed out the error pop-up, you can click on 'history' to be able to see the error again.
Upon clicking the link for order history, you will see the pop-up as below. The error should be right on the top.
