Why do items still show up in Unify Enterprise if I have deleted them?

You might be facing this problem because, you have probably not updated your "My Products list" in Unify Enterprise. to do this, please follow the below steps:

Step :1 Click on the "Products" tab in Unify Enterprise, and then go to My Products

Step :2 Click on Get ProductsThis will refresh and re-download your products from your accounting software and from your eCommerce platform. 

Step :3 As soon as the products list finishes refreshing itself, it will give you the prompt as below. Click on Ok and check, your deleted products should have disappeared!
