Connect Unify Enterprise to Channel Advisor (BETA)

Note : In order for Unify Enterprise to connect with Channel Advisor, the Local ID will be needed.  

Step 1 : Enter your store Name & select Channel Advisor  store drop-down menu.


Step 2 : Now enter your Login Id and click on 'Give Unify Enterprise permission to access my Channel Advisor Account'.


How to get the Local ID

1: Log in to your Channel Advisor Account. Click on My Account menu heading and select Account authentications. Copy the Local ID in the Account authentications area. 

2: Paste the Local ID into the Unify Enterprise connection area.  

Note : The Local ID is the 5 digit number located within the URL of your Channel Advisor Account.  


Step 3: After clicking on 'Give Unify Enterprise permission to access my Channel Advisor Account'. A pop-up screen will open. Click yes to allow Unify Enterprise to connect to Channel Advisor.

Step 4: Within your Channel Advisor Account authorizations area you will need to enable the Webgility Inc, connection.  

Step 5: In Unify Enterprise, click Retrieve Account ID and Unify Enterprise will locate the account id of the connection that has been enabled within your Channel Advisor account and start downloading your online store data and settings. 


Step 6 : Enter the Store Details.
