The Ignored View is used when Webgility Desktop has detected that an order has become a status that is not normally downloaded into the software as selected from the store configuration.
You should not normally see any orders in the Ignored View but there are a few cases.
- You have refreshed an order and it was set to a cancelled status from the online store. (note: other status that you are not downloading as set in the store configuration can cause this on an order refresh as well)
- Our support team enabled the option to "download but place in ignore" in order to trouble shoot an issue.
- The shopping cart uses an "abandoned cart" feature and needs to download unfinished orders.
