Technically, the scheduled tab is simply a placeholder and does nothing on its own. It is a place where the Unify Enterprise Automation tool(Click here to learn more) puts the orders while they are being worked on to post to store or maybe post to your accounting software and so on and so forth.
Incase orders seem to be in the scheduled tab for more than your preset scheduled time, then try clicking the refresh button to refresh the tab. If that does not make any difference, you can select the orders and move them back to the inbox and process them manually.
You can also call / email support to further investigate why the orders are not moving out of the schedule tab.
