The Scheduled View is simply a temporary holding area for orders that are awaiting a cycle when using the Unify Enterprise Automation tool the Scheduler (Click here to learn more).
There are two main reasons an order will be in the Scheduled view:
- An order is awaiting a post to the accounting system
- An order has been shipped and is pending posting the tracking details and ship method back to the online store.
Since orders in the schedule tab are awaiting automated action you are limited with how you can interact with them. If orders seem to be in the scheduled tab for more than your preset scheduled cycles, try clicking the refresh button to refresh towards the lower right.
If that does not make any difference, or if you need to change something about the order. First turn off your Scheduler (by fully exiting it) and you can select the orders and click "Move to Orders" to manually move the order back to the Order View.
