QuickBooks Error: The QuickBooks user has denied access

This error is occurs when the user that is logged into QuickBooks is not the Admin user or a user with admin permissions. If you utilize your QuickBooks company file primarily in multi-user mode you must be logged in to QuickBooks as Admin or a user with admin permissions to create and modify records.  

To correct this error, log out of QuickBooks in the current user and login as the Admin user or one with admin permissions. 


Tip: Unify Enterprise should also be automatically accessing QuickBooks as the Admin user or a use with full admin credentials.  As shown below in the connection certificate.
