The greatest amount of functionality is given to the admin user. Permissions can be set by the admin user, which can limit or grant usage within a particular area. Even if an admin user grants permissions for all areas of Unify Enterprise, the add-on user still may not:
- Manage stores (add new stores)
- Adjust QuickBooks or online store connection to Unify Enterprise
- Run the Scheduler
When given the permission to utilize the shipping module, the add-on user is able to:
- Configure shipping providers
- Set default settings for QuickBooks Shipment Manager and Retrieve Tracking ID
- Adjust printers and label save locations
To assign privileges to the additional users, follow the steps below :
Step 1 : Go to "Dashboard >> Users>> Manage Users", as shown in the picture below :
Upon clicking Manage Users, you will see the below screen :
Here you can delegate responsibilities to each add-on user as per your choice.
To View the login details, follow the steps below :

Upon clicking Login Details, you will see the below screen :
This screen shows the login details for the main as well as the additional users. The login date and time as well as the user status (active / inactive) is shown here as well.
