Connect eCC Desktop to a custom store

Limitations :

  1. Post to store is not supported.
  2. Mapping is not allowed.
  3. If you download more orders than what your subscription package allows, every single order, over the package limit, will get billed.
  4. Connect to Custom Store, if you can import your orders in CSV file format.

Step 1 : Give your Store a name, select the Custom Store option from the drop-down list and click on Continue.

Step 2 : Enter your store details and click on Continue.

Step 3 : Select the version of the Accounting Software, browse for your company file and click on Connect to QuickBooks.

Step 4 : After connecting to your accounting software, eCC will download the data from your accounting software. Click on Continue.

Step 5 : Configure your Order Processing Settings and click on Continue.

Step 6 : Now your online store is successfully added to eCC Desktop. Depending on your choice select the options and click on Let's Go button.
