FedEx connectivity issue (updated)

August 3, 2015

A technical issue is preventing eCC Desktop and Shiplark from connecting to FedEx. We are working with FedEx to resolve the problem, and anticipate having a fix within several hours. We apologize for the inconvenience and will update this post as soon as we have more information.

Update:

We have resolved the issue in eCC Desktop. Please download the update from your Webgility Account. If you have further problems, Submit a Request and our Support Team will help you out.

We will have a fix for Shiplark shortly.
