The resolution for this error involves downloading and registering some dll files. Since this is a Windows issue, we would recommend that you ask your IT person to do it for you. Alternatively, call support on 877 753 5373 ext 3.
Note : You need to know if your Windows is 32 bit or 64. To know this, right click on the Computer icon on your desktop and click properties. You will find the 'Bit' mentioned in the system area. If you cannot find the computer icon on your desktop, you can go to Control Panel>>System and Security>>System
The resolution of this error is simple. However follow the steps below at your own risk. Also remember to make a system restore point before you follow the steps below.
1. Download the dll file from : http://support.webgility.com/
2. For a 32 bit OS, paste this dll file in the C:\Windows\System32 folder
3. For a 64 bit OS, paste this dll file in the C:\Windows\SysWOW64 folder
4. In Windows, open the run dialog box, Type regsvr32 "path and FileName.dll" at the command prompt.
Click on OK.
Make sure that you enter the correct name and file path. An example is "C:\Windows\System32\example.dll". This will register the file.
5. Restart your computer.
