This error appears in Shiplark when you have changed the admin password in your e-Commerce store and have not updated it in Shiplark. Follow the steps below for a fast an easy resolution.
Step 1 : On the Shiplark Dashboard, go to "File > Manage Stores", as highlighted in the picture below :
Step 2 : On the "Manage Store" screen, click on "Edit Connection" next to the store profile name for the store that has the error, as shown in the picture below :
Step 3 : Upon clicking Edit connection, a new pop-up window will open, i.e. Store Settings. Now on the Store Settings screen, you can enter your new password in the Store admin password area and click on "Test Store Connection", as highlighted in the picture below :
If the connection was successful, it will show you a pop-up message. Click on OK.
Step 5 : Now click on Next on the store settings screen.
Step 6 : Update your store information(if required) and click on Save Store, as highlighted in the picture below :
Step 7 : Now,it will prompt you a confirmation pop-up, as shown in the picture below. Click on Yes.
On the store configuration screen click on Packing slip and then on Save & Close.
