Step 1 : On the 'Dashboard', go to "File >> Configuration".
Step 2 : On the Configuration screen, select "Payment option", as highlighted in the picture below :
Step 3 : On the "Payment" screen, select the "Make Payment Method & Card types with QuickBooks" option, as highlighted in the picture below :
Step 4 : You will see the "Payment Mapping" screen, as shown in the picture below :
Here you can :
- Add New Payment Method by selecting desired new payment method from the drop-down and by clicking on "Add New Method" button.
- Set Default Payment Method by selecting desired payment method from the drop-down and by clicking on "Set As Default Method" button.
3. Map the online store method with QuickBooks, by selecting the desired option from drop-down.
