- This feature is only supported for Bigcommerce, Amazon, Volusion, and 3DCart.
Step 1: Login to Unify and click on CONNECTIONS tab. Then under the stores area, hover your mouse over the store for which you want to record Gift wrapping charges and click on Sync Settings, as highlighted in the picture below :
Step 2: On the QuickBooks Sync Settings screen, under the Orders tab, select the "Record gift wrap charges option in QuickBooks Online/ Xero", as highlighted in the picture below :
Step 3: Now go back to the Dashboard and then to the Sales tab, select an order which has Gift wrap charges on it and post it to QuickBooks Online /Xero. The charges will be recorded.
