Note:This process may require you to enter your FTP information. Please keep the same ready. FTP information can be obtained from your System Administrator or your hosting provider.
Step 1: Enter Store name and select X-Cart from the drop down menu. To connect your store, we need to make sure you have installed Webgility Store module. To do so, enter your online store URL and Click Continue.
Note : If the webgility Store Module has already been installed move to step 3. Else follow the following steps.
Step 2 : Enter server details or FTP credential which is Provided by “System Administrator or your hosting company”. Click connect to store.
Step 2(a): Select the admin folder to install X-Cart store module at "admin" folder. Click on "Install webgility store module”.
Step 3 :Once the module is installed, the screen below would come up where your Webgility Store module URL will be pre- filled. Enter store admin Credential and click "Connect to Store".
Step 4: After click on "Connect to store" your data will be downloaded.
Step 5: Adding your Store Address
The store address should be the "from" address that you are going to be shipping from. A company logo can be added that will be seen on the packing slip.Click Next to continue.
Step 6: Order processing settings, enter settings as per your requirement
Step 7: Ready to Roll
You are now ready to process orders, so you should click "Let's Go" to proceed to the dashboard and it will download your 50 recent orders.
Detailed Settings can be configured after you proceed to the dashboard and your orders have been downloaded. This can be done by File >> Configure Stores.
