Once you are done with an order (posted to QuickBooks/and the tracking info back tot he store), you should archive them to the Archived view for future reference. The Archive view is meant for orders which have gone through the entire workflows within Webgility Desktop.
Once you have archived an order, you can view the details of the order and its history from the Archive view.
How to Archive order orders
Under the Orders View:*
a. Select an order or orders. Then on the bottom bar you will find a button that says "More Actions" click this and you will see the option to Archive, select this option.
b. A message notifies asking whether you want to move the order to the Archived view. Click Yes to confirm the operation.
c. A message notifies that the order <order number> has been successfully archived. Click OK in the message.
Click the Archived View to view the order(s), which have been archived. You can further view the details of the order, history of the order or even delete the order if it is no longer relevant.
*Note: You can archive Orders from most of the order work flow screens.
