Processing Phone orders with Shiplark for FedEx

Notes:

1. Order # must be unique.

2. All item fields are mandatory.

3. A phone order created in Shiplark for FedEx, CANNOT be posted back to the store, because Shiplark for FedEx does not create new orders in your store. If you would like your phone orders available in your online store, then you should enter them in your online store instead of Shiplark for FedEx and then download them them into Shiplark for FedEx.

 

Use the Enter phone Orders screen to manually enter a new order placed by a customer over the phone. This screen can be found by going to Orders >> Enter Phone Order. Since a phone order is created in Shiplark for FedEx, it cannot be posted back to store.
