If you are using thermal printers you will need to make sure that Shiplark for FedEX is connected correctly so the shipping label can be printed. Shiplark for FedEX can utilize:
- Zebra or LP2844
- ZP 500
Installing the Printer
Step 1: The most updated printer drivers for your thermal printer are installed

Very Important: When installing the drivers, it is important to select if your printer is connected using a printer or a USB port.
Step 2: Your computer is detecting the thermal printer
Step 3: Drivers for thermal printer don't always match the version of printer you have. It is important to check the type of drivers your specific printer uses.
- Zebra 2844 has an EPL driver
- Zebra 500 as a ZPL driver
Note: it is very important to know the driver type as this will be needed in the printer configuration of the shipping processor.
Connect Shiplark for FedEX to the thermal printer
In the shipping screen of the store configuration, after a shipping processor is selected, the printer that prints out the labels for domestic and/or international can be selected.
Important: the Label Image Type corresponds to the printer driver type.
