In rare cases, Shiplark for FedEx may encounter an error while trying to carry out a function. In most cases, the error will also contain links to possible solutions and resolutions. In the event you get an error that does not have any help links provided, you can report the error to us. To do this, simply place a check-mark next to the Send configuration data and Send Screenshot options. Then click on report error.
Doing this will send the details to us along with Shiplark for FedEx configuration data and a ticket would be created instantly. We will then provide a resolution of the error to you based on the information you send us.
