How do I update my account when my payment failed?

If your subscription payment failed, your subscription will be suspended until we are able to charge your credit card. 

If your credit card expired and click here to learn how to enter new card information.

If your payment failed for another reason and you want to try charging your credit card again, follow these steps: 

Step 1: Log in to your Webgility Account

Step 2: Click on the Pay Now button

 

 

 

Step 3: Enter your card details, update the billing address, and click submit.   

Your new card details will be used to process your current and all future payments for your subscription. You can now log back in to your software.
