To configure a default printer to use with UPS Direct, to set up a default label location; Select the Shipping menu in eCC Desktop and click on "Configure Shipping Providers". Click on the "UPS Direct", to configure settings.
The same settings can also be accessed by going to File >> Configure store >> Shipping, and then clicking on the "UPS Direct"shipping.
To determine the default shipping options for UPS Direct, Go to Shipping >> Configure Shipping Providers >> UPS Direct. Once you are on that page you can set the printer defaults as required and then click on Configure Default Shipping Rule to access the default settings.
While configuring the default settings remember that if you use International Shipping, you would need to set defaults for the International shipping as well.
