Step 1: If you're new to Unify and have not connected any stores, go to Step 2. If you are adding additional stores go to your Connections Tab and click Add Sales channel. Alternatively click the Add sales channel button on the top right corner of Unify. Search for, and select Xcart5 as your sales channel and click on the name of the channel when found. Unify will automatically direct you to the next page.
Step 2: To connect your store, we need to make sure you have installed Webgility Store module. To do so, enter your online store URL and Click Continue.
**If the Webgility Store Module is already installed move to step 3 or follow the below steps.
Step 2(a): Go to your XCart 5 admin login and enter your credentials.
Step 2(b) : Now click on Modules.
Step 2(c): Now, Search for Unify. Once you have located Unify, select the check-box to Enable Unify for X-Cart 5 and then click on Settings.
Step 2(d): Copy the module URL and access key from here and paste them into the store connection area in Unify as shown in step 3.
Step 3: Here your Webgility Store module URL will be pre- filled, you just need to paste Access Key and click on Continue.
Step 4: Select the range to start the downloading of orders from the drop-down and select the status of the order you want to download.
