Due to Volusion's API structure, an API will need to be regenerated to download both Orders and Products.
IMPORTANT: Once you have downloaded an order/Item, you cannot redownload them. You will have to reset the order/Item download date from Volusion store to enable the downloading of orders again.
Here's how to re-download orders from Volusion:
Step 1: Go to the ‘Import/Export Data’ page from the ‘Inventory’ menu.
Step 2: Once you are at the "Data Import" page, click on the ‘Volusion API’ link
Step 3: Once you reach the ‘Volusion API Run Generic\orders’ page, reset the ‘date range’ and the ‘ID range’ for the orders you wish to download again. Once you have selected the desired range, click on the ‘Reset Export’ button.
Step 4: Click ‘Run’ tab for the ‘Generic Orders’ option.
Note: If you are trying to download individual orders, run the Generic/Orders API and select a specific date and order number. Then click Run.
Step 5: Copy the API URL
Step 6: In eCC Dekstop, go to File->Manage Stores, click Edit Connection and go to the store connection screen. Paste the API URL into the Edit Connection area in eCC Desktop.
Step 7: Click Test Connection. Once you do this, you will be able to delete the existing orders from eCC Desktop and re-download the orders.
