Some users have reported that they are not able to download orders from their Amazon Seller Central accounts.
If you are having trouble downloading Amazon orders, please log in to your Amazon account and try to generate an order report. If you are unable to generate an order report or get an error, then you will need to wait until you are able to generate an order report to download the orders to your Webgility software.
If you are able to generate an order report but are still unable to download Amazon orders, please submit a request to our support team.
