Connect eCC Desktop to Channel Advisor (BETA)

In order for eCC Desktop to connect with Channel Advisor, the Local ID will be needed.  

How to get the Local ID

Step 1: Log in to your Channel Advisor Account. Click on My Account menu heading and select Account authentications. Copy the Local ID in the Account authentications area. 

Step 2: Paste the Local ID into the eCC Desktop connection area.  

Note : The Local ID is the 5 digit number located within the URL of your Channel Advisor Account.  

Step 3: Click on 'Give eCC permission to access my Channel Advisor Account'. A pop-up screen will open. Click yes to allow eCC Desktop to connect to Channel Advisor.

Step 4: Within your Channel Advisor Account authorizations area you will need to enable the Webgility Inc, connection.  

Step 5: In eCC Desktop, click Retrieve Account ID and eCC Desktop will locate the account id of the connection that has been enabled within your Channel Advisor account.
