How do I change my eCC Desktop login password?

If you login to eCC Desktop and you get a prompt that the username/password are not correct, you need to change the password before you are locked out for 15 min. 

1) Log in to your Webgility Account

2) Click on the add-on sub menu

3) Scroll down until you get to Users

4) Click on Change Password 

5) Enter a new password 

6) You will see a confirmation on the screen and then log in to eCC Desktop. 

 

Note: If you are ever locked out of eCC Desktop due to failed login attempts, contact our Support team via phone or chat and we can unlock it for you.
