Note: This setting is cart & QuickBooks specific and may or may not be available to on your cart / QB Platform.
If the Item is not visible / not created in QuickBooks, follow the steps below:
1: Open the Item list in QuickBooks and create a new item of type 'discount'
2. Click the refresh icon in Unify Desktop's Discount configuration area to bring in the new details from QuickBooks and then Choose your discount item from QuickBooks and hit save.
