Step 4: Create additional users for use in eCC

eCC Multi-User has changed and is now simpler, easier and faster to configure and use.

Follow the below steps to add Users.


Step 1 : Once you have purchased an add-on user, please login to your account on the Webgility Customer Portal.

Step 2 : Click on add-ons, as highlighted in the picture below :

Step 3 : On the Add-ons screen, you will see the user(s) / add-on(s), you had purchased, as shown on the picture below :

Step 4 : Now click on Create User

Enter the required details and click on Submit.


After creating a new user, eCC Desktop will show you a success message, as shown in the picture below :

Step 5 : You can also edit, change password of, deactivate the add-on.
