Feature Enhancements :

  1. Users can now, manually select the orders, that need to be consolidated as a single transaction.

  8. For a specific user : eCC Desktop will set the item description of QuickBooks as the handle in Shopify at the time of product transfer from QuickBooks to Shopify.  If any other users need this facility, they can contact the support team.
  9. eCC Desktop will now retrieve the tracking id even when it is not stored in the same line of matching criteria text.

Issues Fixed:

  • FedEx Address validation issue in a specific address case where the validation result is showing residential address instead of commercial address. This issue occurred for a specific address only.
  • Inactive mappings (Mappings show in red color) are not showing properly. It will show mapping as inactive if item is not available in store.
  • eCC is now compatible with changes made by Mal’s- eCommerce for connection.
  • Revert the changes which we did for performance improvement of shipping as due to this change existing user reported usability issues.

Usability Enhancements

  • Allows the user to download amazon product at the background (Previously when user tried to download the Amazon products he was not able to perform other operations while the download process is ruining. however now user can start the download process and use eCC's other features).  
  • Provided user an additional order download flow for Volusion (Previously we were using Volusion generic API to download orders in this use case if the user is using any other product, or want to re- download orders he need to manually reset the API.

If order is only authorized on Shopify, eCC will download the Authorization ID and user can capture payment in eCC by using PayPal or Authorize.net.   
  • Provided user an alternative flow to download tracking ID from UPS WorldShip. (In few cases WorldShip application prints the labels but does not return the tracking ID details. So we handled this scenario by a workaround which will retrieve tracking ID's in such cases.)
  • Provided user an option to export Sales channel and Fulfillment channel in Order export CSV.  
  • Provided user an option to select whether to Sort Pick List item by SKU or Product Name.       
  • When User Wants to transfer Bill to address as Ship to address at the time of Post to QB. (User can do this settings from "Advance settings" under the "other" tab.)

QuickBooks integration enhancements

  • Allows user to record eBay PayPal fees as line item in transaction by mapping as other charge item. (User needs to select whether they want to record this as separate transaction or want to add this as a line item adjustment with transaction).
  • Allows user to create separate transactions in QuickBooks based on Amazon sales channel (This Feature will be useful for Amazon users as they can select different transaction types for FBA and merchant orders) also user can use different accounts and transaction class for both merchant and FBA orders.(This feature is not available for POS users).
