Setup discounts/store credits/gift certificate item area created in QuickBooks

In this screen you can configure the line item on the transactions for discounts, store credit and gift certificates.  (Gift certificates are cart specific in this area). Select the check box if you would like eCC to record discounts/store credit/gift certificates in QuickBooks.



If the Item is not visible / not created in QuickBooks, follow the steps below:

1: Open the Item list in QuickBooks and create a new item of type 'discount'

2. Click the refresh icon in eCC's Discount configuration area to bring in the new details from QuickBooks and then Choose your discount item from QuickBooks and hit save.
