Process Shipping: Generate a Shipping label with FedEx in Shiplark

Select the order that you want to ship and click Process Shipping. This will open up the Shipping Module.  The shipping charge and shipping method requested are also captured from the order.

 

 

 

How to generate a shipping label

The area on the left side shows the order details and the area on the right are the settings to ship the order. 

 

 

Step 1: The active order to be shipped will be selected. 

Step 2: Validate the address

Step 3: Make sure FedEx is the active shipping processor (if you are using multiple shipping processors). 

Step 4: Select shipping parameters and click Get Rates.  Select the service you want to ship with. 

Note: If you have UPS Direct, Endicia Label Server, Stamps.com or Express 1, shipping rates can be compared by selecting Compare Rates

 

Options: 

If you have special considerations for a shipment, click the options tab and select the additional options needed for the shipment.

Step 5: Click Save Shipment and Generate Label. 

 

After the label has been generated tracking information the order shipping status will be changed to Shipped.  The method, service and tracking information will be attached to the order in Shiplark.
