Post to QuickBooks: Creating transactions in QuickBooks (QuickBooks/POS)

How to setup posting to QuickBooks:

To access the order settings page, go to the Orders menu in eCC and click on settings. This will bring you to the order settings page in the eCC store configuration where you can fine tune, the order download and / or order processing functions of eCC. 



Post to QuickBooks:


1. Use the Post to QuickBooks button to post an order to QuickBooks. You can also right click on the order, and select Post to QuickBooks.





2. Once the order is posted successfully, eCC will tell you so.




3. The QuickBooks status in the eCC Dashboard, after posting to QuickBooks, will change from pending to Posted. In case you have opted for purchase order creation, this will be done as well.
