Viewing orders cancelled within eCC Desktop

Use this screen to view all orders canceled using eCC. Once you cancel an order, which is already posted to QuickBooks the status of the order is updated to canceled at the store.

Note: If cancelling an order involves issuing a refund, that is best done within the online store itself.  Cancelling an order within eCC Desktop does not refund the order within the online store.
