Error 40: Network-related or instance specific error in Shiplark

Here is how to fix this error:

  1. Close Shiplark
  2. Go to C:\Webgility\Shiplark folder
  3. Right Click on wgFirewall.exe and click on Run as Administrator. 

4. Close all the active windows.  The go to the Start menu and type in the search area "services.msc".  While inside the Services area locate: SQL Server(SHIPLARK).  RIght click and select start. 

5. Within the same Services area, locate SQL Server Browser.  Right click and select Start.
