Step 1: If you're new to Unify and have not connected any stores, go to Step 2. If you are adding additional stores go to your Connections Tab and click Add Sales channel. Alternatively click the Add sales channel button on the top right corner of Unify. Search for, and Zencart as your sales channel and click on the name of the channel when found. Unify will automatically direct you to the next page.
Step 2 : To connect your store, we need to make sure you have installed the Webgility Store module. To do so, enter your online store URL and Click Continue.
Step 3 : Here your Webgility Store module URL will be pre- filled. Enter store admin credentials and click on Continue. If this section is not pre-filled, please feel free to contact instant support on 877 753 5373 to install the module. Remember, you will need FTP details for the module installation and these can be obtained from your webhost / systems admin.
Step 4 : Select the range to start the downloading of orders from the drop-down and select the status of the order you want to download.
Step 5 : Click on Continue
