Connect Unify to Bigcommerce

Step 1: If you're new to Unify and have not connected any stores, go to Step 2. If you are adding additional stores go to your Connections Tab and click Add Sales channel. Alternatively click the Add sales channel button on the top right corner of Unify.


Step 2: Search for, and select Bigcommerce as your sales channel and click on the name of the channel when found. Unify will automatically direct you to the next page. 



Step 3: If you already know your API details click I have the API details and jump to Step 4. If you do not know click Help me get the API details.


How to retrieve Bigcommerce credentials (Legacy API)  

  1. Once you log in to the Admin section of Bigcommerce, click on settings and then on Legacy API settings.
  3. Select the user you want to make the legacy API by clicking the cog in the far right column then clicking Edit. Copy the API Path and API Token to enter into Unify(Jump to Step 4). If you want a create a new user go to 3.
  4. If you want to make a new user, click Create a Legacy API Account.
  5. Create a username and copy and the API Path and API Token to enter into Unify.


Step 4: Paste the Bigcommerce Username, API Path and Token in the store connection area of Unify, click on Continue.


Step 5: As soon as your store is connected, Unify will begin downloading orders from last 30 days. You may change this setting later under Order Settings.
