Use this option to take an inventory item that already exists in the online store and send it into QB (considering that they do not exist in QB yet. If they do, click here to learn how to map pre-existing products)
1. Go to settings >> Create Item settings.
2. Make sure you have the correct settings in place. These settings will differ from person QB to QB and your settings may be very different to those illustrated below. Remember, if you are not sure about these settings, you can have an onboarder do this for you; if you have not had onboarding done before, or you can call instant support on 877 753 5373.
3. Once your settings are made, go to the Items tab, to the sale channel items list
4. Use Unify to send any item already in the online store into QB. Remember, you can only create items that say 'Missing in QB'
